Customer must allow 60 days' notice if they ever decide to end agreement. Payments are paid monthly and are non-prorated. Customer owns content, website, images & all files to entire website. Regardless of status of service agreement, Customer agrees to pay a minimum charge of $65 monthly every month the site is live on iLocal servers, even if the work called for on the original Order Form has been completed and no further work is expressly provided for in a subsequent agreement. Full month's payment, non-prorated, is required for each month, even after notice of termination of the agreement between iLocal and Customer, until the Customer content, website, images and files are transferred per Customer direction or deemed abandoned by Customer.
You hereby acknowledge & agree that (1) you have reviewed & accepted the detailed components of your entire marketing order, which are summarized above, and the terms and conditions document dated January, 2026, (2) this order form together with the terms and conditions document reflect the entire agreement between you & us, and (3) the terms and conditions document contains a limitation of liability provision that limits our liability to the amount you paid to iLocal, Inc.
All service is month-to-month. Customer must allow 60 days' notice if they ever decide to end the agreement. Payments are made monthly and are non-prorated. Regardless of status of service agreement, the customer agrees to pay a minimum charge of $65 monthly every month the site is live on iLocal servers. Full month's payment, non-pro-rated, is required for each month past notification of elapsing and the customer has not made efforts to transfer the site to a new server. Call tracking packages allow for 300 minutes per website. Each additional minute is charged at $0.24 per minute each month on credit card.
You hereby acknowledge and authorize iLocal, Inc. to charge the card on file for the amount described in the customer contract. You also agree that (1) you have reviewed & accepted the detailed components of your entire marketing order, which are summarized above, (2) this order together with the terms of agreement reflect the entire agreement between you and us, and (3) this order contains a limitation of liability provision that limits our liability to the amount you paid for a particular product or service to which your claim related on original set up fees, and 1 month service after monthly plan is activated.
